
The Greater Halifax Partnership needed to update its investment attraction (IA) collateral. SmartWhale Consulting produced:
- Greater Halifax’s business case to out-of-province investors, one that outlines the city’s overall educational and labour assets, its business costs, major private sector players, and its quality of life, among other considerations;
- In-depth investor packets outlining Halifax’s attractiveness to companies operating in any one of seven sectors (i.e. Aerospace and Defence and Life Sciences); and,
- Recommendations to improve the quality and availability of the Partnership’s IA-related data online, as well as a work plan to implement the recommendations themselves.
